The Greater Miami Chapter of NCBW welcomes your sincere interest in our organization.  □ Completed the membership application. A resume may be included in your application. However, your resume MAY NOT be submitted in lieu of the membership application.

 □  Enclose the application and a money order or cashier’s check in the amount of $40.00 payable to the: NCBW Greater Miami Chapter.
